Perked is a downloadable macOS app — there's nothing to ship and nothing to send back. If it isn't right for you, we offer a straightforward refund instead.

14-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. No forms, no hoops — just email us and we'll refund you.

Your EU right of withdrawal

If you're a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. Because Perked is digital content delivered immediately, that right would normally end the moment you download the app and consent to immediate delivery. Our 14-day money-back guarantee deliberately goes further: we honor it for the full 14 days whether or not you've already downloaded and used Perked.

How to request a refund

Email perked@bugsntea.dev from the address you bought with, and include your order reference (the order_id from your receipt or confirmation page). We'll confirm and process it.

How refunds are issued

Payments are handled by our reseller, Creem, which acts as the merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Creem, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

After a refund

A refund ends your license to use Perked. Please stop using the app and remove it from your Macs. Any license key tied to the order is deactivated.
